It is an iPhone only app, but because of this it makes fine use of the camera – enabling you to store pictures of the different items listed in your inventories.

AroundMe

This is an already very popular app with consumers, as it gives in-depth information about attractions and amenities in your own area. Although this might not immediately seem like a good app for landlords to use, it can be used when you are expanding your existing portfolio. By knowing exactly what I in the area and near to properties you are interested in, you can tell if they will be a good fit or not for your portfolio.
